Healthcare Leader Confirmed to TCC Board of Regents

Kevin Gross, Regional President of Hillcrest HealthCare System, was confirmed to the TCC Board of Regents to serve through June 30, 2026. With more than four decades of experience in the healthcare industry, Gross has held prominent positions in both hospital operations and healthcare management.

Kevin Gross, Regional President of Hillcrest HealthCare System, has been confirmed to the 秀色直播Community College Board of Regents and will serve the remainder of a vacated term through June 30, 2026. The Oklahoma Senate confirmed Gross for the position in April 2025. Gross has served in an interim capacity since August 2024.

Gross brings extensive leadership experience and expertise to the board. In his current role at Hillcrest HealthCare System, he oversees a network of eight hospitals and numerous clinics across northeastern Oklahoma.

With more than four decades of experience in the healthcare industry, Gross has held prominent positions in both hospital operations and healthcare management. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Hospital Operations for RehabCare Group Inc. and as President of the Midwest Division for Hospital Corporation of America Healthcare.

In addition to his professional experience, Gross has served on multiple boards. He most recently chaired the Oklahoma State Chamber and the 秀色直播Regional Chamber, and he has also chaired the Oklahoma Hospital Association and the Oklahoma Department of Corrections Board.

Gross holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in biomedical engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.

TCC鈥檚 Board of Regents plays a critical role in the College鈥檚 mission by setting strategic goals, establishing policies, and overseeing the institution's budget to ensure responsible stewardship. The seven-member Board works closely with College leadership to ensure TCC continues to provide high-quality educational programming and supports the needs of its students and the community.
